It just might as well be. Hard to tell from those shots.

Case is really close to black...almost like they reused the 441 case. Dial color is closer to tobacco though. My V6F version was closer to gen color.

That being said, its still a quality rep, and movement is in the correct position.

Edit: Looking at the ZF and V6F version on TDs sites, this actually isnt much different.

Question sir, so the correct movement should be in the 11 position and not in the 6 position? I'm in the market to buy PAM386 and there isn't enough info about the 386.

Correct position is at 7.

I had the V6F and its a very nice rep and tbh no one would be unhappy with it and virtual no one would ever know the movement isnt correct at 6. I think the case on the VSF might be closer to gen though since its composite.

Hmm, you might want to confirm with the TDs as they have conflicting descriptions (some like Ryan and Angus have DLCed Titanium, some dealers like Andrew state solid Ceramic).

what can you say about PAM505? I'm having a hard time choosing between PAM386 and PAM505

I havent owned the 505...but I read ALE's guide and it seems to be a decent rep. I'd grab one if I didnt already have the 386 at the moment. Im waiting on the factories to turn out a solid rep of the microrotor so we can hopefully see a PAM 619 at some point (otherwise I may grab the 505 as my first Rad).
