New Pam312

Hi friends, does anyone have an opinion in this new 312, and which factory is it from?

I purchased this model from KW about a year ago, and overall quality is stunning: case, dial, hands.
My only issue is that for some reason changing the crown position and winding the watch is extremely hard and that has let me leaving it in the box more thank I would like to.
