New Pam111 Position of the Crown Issue? Need Help!

This is one of the latest batches, at least I was told so by the trustdealer. Just received it but the crown on this 111 was positioned wrongly and too low to the point that it touches the inner boarder of the crown guard. This is not just a cosmetic issue coz when I wind up the crown, it scratches instantly and continuously with the lower inner-border of the crown guard. I'm a bit disappointed the trustdealer didn't even test it for me. Had he wound it up, he would have known right away.

Is this an easy fix without parts? (I hope so). Do I need parts from the trustdealer? If so, what parts do I have to ask for, maybe a new crown guard + new crown? Will my local watchsmith be able to fix it? Is this fixable at all or I have to send the watch back? Thanks.

Unscrew the 2 screws on the CG body, put the CG in the correct position, and rescrew it ;)

We would have been better positioned (excuse the pun) had the OP provided a photo of the CG straight on. But that theory would be more plausible than expecting the crown to be like that due to the position of the stem. OP, if you rotate the stem, can you feel any irregularity or does it rotate uniformly, only the spacing between the crown and the CG notch unequal?
