Well, you don't have to guess, you can read it at the top of the page..

It doesnt look good:

- Tritium color is way too funky
- Markings on bezel are wrong (stripes)
- Numbers on bezel (circles) are too small
- Dots on subdial are too small
- Caseback engravings are to thin
- Too thin font on dial (look at the "A" from Automatic
- The way the tritium is applied looks stranges. It has flat sides and in the middle is is raised

Is it easy to always tell a gen from a rep PAM since the reps never have the band release that gens do on the back side?

Not all Gens have a quick release... and yes, reps do have it when applicable. Check the noob 299

Can't wait to see this release !! So far I can deduce from the pictures that the lume application isn't that great (hopefully it'll be fixed in due time) as for the accuracy of the tritium colour, I don't think this is something that is major since all tritium will age differently which gives its uniqueness to each watch.

currently needs:
Full dial relume (tritium banana yellow, slightly darker on the markers and lighter on the numbers)
hands relume (c3/yellow mix)
new pearl to match the numbers

then we'll have a decent rep, until then this is a mid grade piece.

I've already relumed a couple 87 hands/pearls thanks to your suggestions.

Hey everyone. Looking at H fac offering and comparing it to @ryllz photos I would say that the minute markers on the bezel also would need reworking - gen's seem to be much more pronounced, both thicker and longer/taller.
