Just received a V6F PAM024R from a TD but the minute hand seems to be lagging a little bit. The second hand seems fine. I really don't want to ship it back to China if I don't have to so is there anyone in the US who might be able to fix this for me? Thanks.

I spung it a few hours and it doesn't seem to be hanging or catching on anything. Just seems to be loosing time, I would guess 4-5 min an hour but the seconds hand is moving normal.

It's either slipping on the cannon pinion, or it's just running really slow. If you want I could look at it for you. Send me a pm.
