$298 and it looks bloody amazing but these aren't trusted dealers though are they? I've had a look at RM and Puretime but no sign of it on their sites

this is an offering from Josh, aka the Cartel.
they always get the new watches first, so Lay will have this soon, just not yet.
they are trusted enough, just not here. they tend to charge too much, have a shady
qc policy and have some other issues, and they're not trusted here.
with that aside, this watch is amazing. it's probably... no, it is the most accurate
pam rep that's ever been produced if you ask me (telling via pictures), and should
be picked up asap by all, lol. I've already asked Lay to get me one, hope he can.
very few flaws, and no modding needs to be done, it's a fantastic deal.
Josh is the cartel, there's no doubt. Josh and Andrew are the basis of the cartel.
I guess Angus and Connie are part of the clique too, maybe Mary too.
They basically all offer the same watches, same/similar prices/service.
They tend to be the most expensive of all the dealers, but at the same time they hold
the most stock, have the most available, and probably sell the most. They can tend
to get watches that others can't due to their stocking of the popular ones.
what makes them bad is their sometimes overly inflated prices, they used to not offer
qc at all, now they do but they use it against the customer often. if you ask me,
the cartel is a last ditch effort, if no other dealers can get you want you want, then
you go to them and just hope it works out okay, and be confident you're overpaying.
well that would be a first that I've heard. are you sure both dealers were offering
the exact same watch? often times one will have a different movement, or different
crystal, or be a different version, and the price will reflect that. in many cases Lay
will offer the identical watch for $50 less than Josh, which is a huge amount in this
hobby really. I've yet to personally see Josh offer an identical watch for less.
care to throw up some links for us?
Hmmm... I guess it depends on which watch. Josh was cheaper than Lay for the watch I ordered. Not by much but cheaper. He also gave me the option to get the gold vs. nickel plated movement. From what I understand they are both good quality. Maybe I read a post wrong...
I see that Angus now has listed on his site, and cheaper with the more expensive strap option.Lay rarely updates the prices on his website. Just ask him and he will give you his current price
