New PAM 312 coming in 2 months??

Hi all,

I emailed Angus around 2 weeks ago asking for a PAM 312 v2 and he said I should wait because a new version is coming in the next couple of months...

does anybody have any info about it? What improvements were made over the v2? Etc etc??

Really itching to press BUY on a v2 because its such a nice watch but if the new version is worth the wait ill hold off....

I personally would just move on and forget this, they will never get the movement right. Just look at all these recent pitiful efforts in ripping pam in house movements, I mean it is rather embarrassing...even open case back Unitas ones are easy to call if you know what to look for, and at least they have exact copy of the base movement right, still can't get the deco half right, plus all other little things. Sure enough my standards are rather high and don't tend to buy obvious fakes but with prices going through the roof recently, it is only fair...

Well u are not alone...
I too go for gen like reps.
Meaning if front and back must be 1:1.
Such as 390 and 243v2.
If they push the 312 with p9000 clone.
Thats it... i m in.
1:1 front face with A7750 back. Skip.

u'r kinda missing the point with the rep game then. there'll NEVER be a 1:1 rep. they'll be close but there'd definately be smth off. thickness, movement, etc.

its really more of choosing what u can live with&what u cant in each watch to decide what to get.

just my 2cents.
