Yeah, I stumbled across this myself today. Wonder what the difference is to the "K" version?

I like the worn strap option. :)

And can you say the price please ?

Thanks a lot

Main difference is the serial engraving on the back.

on K is K***/ and on M is M***/.

Robert also claims that the lug bar issue on the k series has been fixed on the m series, which is really bloody annoying as I only bought my one about 2 months ago :(

Yeah, the annoying thing is that my 292k has a loose lug bar and is unwearable :/

Have you tried loctite blue? it really does the trick, my screws and bars are now rock solid.

It's not that the screws are lose, it's that they are not long enough to even keep the lug in, let alone keep it from wobbling

And that's not the whole of the problem. Can I ask the others who have the same issue to look at both the crystal and the metal caseback portion of their watches.

On mine I can see that the crystal sits lower on the sides with the loose lug bars. This indicates that it is seated on the same part of the metal mid-case but that the mid case isn't at the same level on both sides.

On the back of the watch we see the metal mid-case section of the watch. This is also the bit that the screws go into. On mine I can see that the back is slightly further away from the ceramic on the loose side than the other.

This means that on the secure side the mid-case is fully into the watch and the screws hold the lug bars securely. On the other side the threaded portion is too far from the lug bar (and thus the ceramic case) to hold the lugs in.

As far as I can see it's not a case of the screws being too short, or all the lugs would fall out, but that the metal mid-case isn't inserted far enough into the ceramic case, or that it is finished poorly and doesn't fit further in.

Is this a hit and miss problem or is it likely to affect all of them? I knew about this when I got mine and took a chance but at the time the consensus was lactate did the trick. Did I get lucky or will mine go eventually anyway?

I am seriously considering buying one. Can anybody clarify or describe how the loctite trick works?

Get some loctite blue and just put a drop where each lug goes in and some on each screw the just tighten it up.

The blue loctite effectively glues them together when you screw it in but is easily undone when you unscrew. Don't use normal superglue as you'll never get the lugs out again!

Thx for the clarification. I thought that I have to open the watch. I think I am going to pull the trigger on the new version. Hope the lug problem is already fixed. If not, I now know what to do.
