How big of a deal is the ETA6497 over it's Asian counterpart?

Well, it's 18k vph, the Asian (and Gen) are 21k vph. I'm thinking that the movement is upside down (or maybe just the photo is upside down). I'm happy with my Asian 111M Noob.

This "swiss" 6497 is only 18k and has asia bridges on it... :-( So it's a combined movement with swiss and asia parts.

How reliable will this be???
