14/10/23 - paid the balance of the order cost. Asked for confirmation of payment in full and awaiting QC photos

16/10/23 - sent a reminder asking for confirmation of payment, no response since

After 1 week, I asked for a status update today and I received this response from Elena



I ordered a watch from another dealer yesterday (clean factory) and received qc pics within 12 hours. I am a bit concerned about this response, Angus I understand that we can experience delays and must be patient but this does not seem consistent with what I am hearing from other trusted dealers?

I am going through the exact same now. They said the watches were in stock so i sent payment. I have been chasing QC for over 2 weeks with similar replies but now this morning I am told they can’t get the watches and tried to sell me different watches in place of it.

I made clear from the start these watches were for my wedding and now I am not going to receive them in time (wedding 5th Nov). I am really upset and disappointed with the service. I will post my experience later with all the info

Some dealers may got a few stocks with them but we don't. We have been waiting for new batches from clean for a long time already. Their quantity is very limited. Not everybody can be arranged. If we have, we should have already completed your order. Sorry for the inconvenience cause and Hope you can understand.
