Ordered this watch and some accessories from @puretime

Order Placed 24/09
Order Paid 26/09

Still waiting on QC pictures (44 days later)
I have emailed a few times and apparently there is an issue with ARF shipping out watches.
I was offered an RAF Submariner instead but declined as the ARF just looks to good to not wait a little longer for.
Will post a full detailed review as soon as it arrives.

I genuinely don't mind waiting and I appreciate that you guys are so precise on the QC.

I'm curious though as this is such a unique situation what is the refund policy as it's been 50 days since I ordered?
Do I get a refund via paypal or credit to the value of $753.23 on a new order?

Hello, my watched finally arrived (after almost 3 months waiting)

It is absolutely stunning on the wrist and teh time keeping so far has surprised me beyond belief.

However, we went to a hotel last weekend and of course I felt safe wearing my new piece in the jacuzzi (I had requested and paid for a waterproof test while ordering back in September)

I was shocked to notice after about 15-20 minutes sitting in a jacuzzi there appeared to be moisture forming beneath the crystal, I left my watch upstairs in the room and went back to the pools. An hour later I returned and the glass had completely fogged over (I emailed this to Elena but have not heared back as of yet)

I found a local watchstore in that town and went over that evening for a "service". Imagine my total shock and horror when the gentleman opend the case back of my enew watch, that I had just received and there was no O-Ring/Gasket under the case back.
Is it possible that my watch could pass your waterproof test without an O-Ring?

I'm now at a complete and total loss as to what to do next?

I wouldn't know where to start in having this issue resolved.

This was the very last thing I was expecting after almost 12 weeks waiting. It's honestly kind of ruined my enthusiasm a little :(

Yes, it could pass the test even without O-Ring . It's merely a guide unless it's professionally water-proofed. We usually don't suggest wear or use a replica watch in the water or steam. Please send it back to us if it' ruined. Sorry for what happened.

No it's certainly not ruined, although thank you for the return offer.

I had it opened and dried out within two hours.
So I'm hoping there's damage of any kind done.

I'll try and source a watchmaker and Oring and have whatever work needs done here locally.
