New order 100279239 - ZF OMEGA SEAMASTER PROFESSIONAL DIVER 300M

Hello my friend,
it is my second order made from puretime, the first one years ago now I ordered a ZF OMEGA SEAMASTER PROFESSIONAL DIVER 300M BLUE DIAL WITH STEEL BRACELET. The date of my order n.100279239 is 01-01-2024 on 01-03-2024 I received the instructions to make the payment, and I immediately made the payment. Before making the payment I asked how long it would take for delivery, and I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks. Today, when we are at day 5 in the morning, I receive an email notifying me that they have received the payment and that the time it takes to send the QC photos is 2-3 weeks. I honestly don't understand why they didn't tell me before making the payment? I bought the watch and also paid for a direct and secure shipping service to the EU and in the end, if I understood correctly, will I have to wait over 20 days to just get the quality control photos? and let's say the clock in the photos has some problem? given that puretime only responds to any request once a day and at 9 am European time, I wonder how many days it will take to handle this transaction? I hope to receive clarifications from Puretime Dive as soon as possible. They explain everything in detail to me. I know it is a reliable seller, but I would have preferred to know better before that the delivery times were so long.

Your entire first post could have been avoided if you spent some time since 2018 reading and absorbing the information on this forum. This isn't Amazon. Your TD doesn't have a warehouse full of inventory ready to ship. Try educating yourself a bit before making a mindless post.

I just posted something like this yesterday....if you don't have patience to allow up to 3 weeks for QC photos and additional 4-5 weeks shipping you should drop your standards for high quality replica and get a cheapo elsewhere.

I think you might misunderstand. 2-3 weeks for us to get the watch from factory. Shipping time is not included. Please wait in patience.

Il tuo TD non ha un magazzino pieno di inventario pronto per la spedizione. Prova ad informarti un po’ prima di scrivere un post insensato.

Leggo molto e scrivo poco, ma sicuramente il rivenditore mi ha detto che la spedizione è stata consegnata in 2-3 settimane e poi solo dopo il pagamento ho saputo che si riferiva all'invio delle foto del controllo qualità. Credo di non aver scritto nulla di insensato. Conosco la serietà e la correttezza di Puretime e mi chiedevo il perché di questo tipo di discrepanze nella comunicazione delle informazioni. Credo che il forum RWI sia quanto di meglio ci sia online e per questo leggo molto con molto piacere, e per il mio modo di essere scrivo pochissimo. pertanto ritengo inutile la tua risposta in quanto mi sembra solo provocatoria e non utile a spiegare quanto chiesto, anche riguardo la possibilità di acquistare un cinturino in caucciù blu per l'orologio da me ordinato.

FYI I also have a blue ZF SMP300 on order and have been waiting quite a while (with a different TD). ZF don’t release that often, so if I were you I’d probably change to something that’s either in stock / more common or be prepared to wait for this rep

I have ask to the TD PURETIME the refund of that i have payed, and i attend he answer with me refund, because for personal reasons i not have the possibility of attend 4-6week for delivery if all go ok.
