New NOOB Yachstmaster 116622 with 904L and SA3135

Well did Noob finally make the perfect Yachtmaster or did they do they same thing as always and make it worse and how does it compare to the new arf ?

I would not suggest buying an old SA 3135, I suggest SH3135 which is the newer version with a good difference in mechanical improvements. Also there are no news about it on HKRWF, a reliable source of news on new products.

Noob are now using the new VR3135 in their watches, aren’t they ? If yes, it could be a good choice

Vac just got back to me that he has successfully installed the Gen stem I got on eBay to this movement.

I thought the same. If it is its pretty good. I already worked on the "new" vrf Hulk and the movement was pretty good (for a chiniese clone).

Any idea what has been changed besides 904L steel and the movement? Are the dial and bezel the same as the previous version?

Here we go ! New Noob 116622 904L with 3135.

I really wanted to try it before starting a project with a SD43. Needs a gen crystal and DW, it will be really nice. No SEL gap.

The only « big » flaw is the second hand, the circle is too small.

Lume is superb.

Movement keeps good time (+6 seconds I would say).

Some pics (I will sell it on M2M tomorrow) :

Main thing I have noted across a few I have seen is the date sits a little high, and right.

Gen crystal, and dw fixes it.
