There is a batch of 127's with an excellent crystal. I had one for a while and it was spot on. I asked the OP but he never responded to my question. Most people wouldn't know what the flaws are on the current version.
Actually the crystal was one of the areas that I was curious to see if any improvements had been made as I have read on this forum that there were people that had issues with distortion etc and were swapping them out for WSO crystals. A Flattened cannon pin would be nice. The whole Y shaped incabloc thing isn't really an issue for me neither are the differences between the large gear wheels compared to the gen.
The other thing that I would personally like to see improved is the gold lettering on the back of the watch, its a minor thing but it would be nice if it was actually gold rather than yellow. I'm sure more discerning eyes on this forum would spot more things to improve but those are the ones I noticed.
Truth be told the current version is indeed an awesome watch and if I could find one to buy I'd snatch it up. (seem to have been sold out for a long time) I only mentioned a new version because I could of sworn I read that there may be an updated version on the way, so I thought (perhaps wrongly) that it would be similar to the way that the Pam 111 has had a few updates V2, V3 etc.
