Broadly speaking all TDs can access the same factories, their job is to get the parcel from them to you as safely as possible (and in the case of most, not all, of them, they will refund/replace if customs seizure/loss)
If I could give a piece of advice:
Have a read of the stickied threads in the NewMembersArea and the FAQs. They contain alot of info on the process, and while it may appear old, the process is sequential to ensure the it is understood and expectations managed.
Golden rule is to only use the contact information/ website listed at the TD forum page.
