New JF/J12 AP ROO Rhone Fusterie

Funny, I was looking at this exact thread just a few minutes ago. Pretty pumped JF is finally gonna make them!
A little too bold for me, but its nice!
To mark the opening of the new boutique, Audemars Piguet created a limited series of 500 numbered Royal Oak Offshore "Rhône-Fusterie" watches. The chronograph has a style all of its own, reflecting the colours of the Swiss flag: red with white counters and hour markers. The red crocodile-leather bracelet features white seams and the dial boasts the "Méga Tapisserie" motif found on all Royal Oak Offshore watches. The pushpieces are moulded in red rubber. The first timepiece in the series will be auctioned during the official boutique inauguration on 29 May 2008 with proceeds from the sale donated to the Little Dreams Foundation, founded by boutique sponsor Oriane Collins. Until then, the watch will be on display in the boutique window.

Can't log on to Watch Bus right now. Can anyone cut and paste photos of the JF Rhone Fusterie onto this RWI thread? Maybe also rename this RWI thread "JF Rhone Fusterie ROO" or something, so it is clearer. This model is already on sale at some TDs, BTW: PC, a few others. It looks like JF did a good job with it.

the finish of JF AP's is really good. But again, a DW change is a must do at JF ROO's

Thanks Sharrkey. Jamztio's pics show a very nice replica. Ryan's pictures allow a closer forensic look.
I think my only qualms are the tint of the rubber pushers/crown being slightly off, and the size of the rings on the sub-dials being slightly too large. The gen OEM dial is also less reflective, more matte.
One can also see the problems we have recently seen with the cut-outs for the pushers being a little sloppy in finish, with burrs on the edges, which can be modded away.
DW font is a disappointment, like always, but who knows, maybe we will have a solution for that one day besides the ETA/Valjoux DW..
Other than that, this is very nice. I personally like it better than Singapore GP. But I tend to like the SS cases over all others.

No enough knowdlege about to comment the rep quality , even if from the pics looks great ,
but I don't like this watch , too much flashy , too much red and in particolar a kind of red-pink..
