Overall, its too fat but cannot deny the fact that the insert, bezel, bracelet are awesome. It has the best quality pearl ever seen.

Just like my thoughts.


I think that this insert is better than the current sub: the pearl and color of the paint of the numbers is more realistic than a noob. The Noob numbers "silver" are too silver, the gen color is more cream.

The height of the glass also is better than Noob sub.

Also the SEL are the best of all sub 116610 for now, the best bracelet, with the exception of the crown on the clasp.

This JF however has bad CG (should be filed), a bad crown...

But the ugliest I've found is the distance between the bezel ring and the end of the case on TSWATCH pics site .... very bad for me.

Dial the new "6.1" Noob is much better than this, however, IMHO

The bezel font is too skinny, I like the finish and colour however. @12 triangle seems too big.
Pearl looks nowhere gen like.
Dial seems to be the same as V6.0 to me... @smoke has to comment about this
The case seems to be the same as JF V1 case. CG is utterly wrong and rehaut + engraving makes me want to puke...
I like the bracelet. Sel fitment isn't really good, but the clasp looks better than any other I've seen yet.

The lume sucks and the bezel numbers are a dull gray. Both fixable I guess. Good attempt otherwise.

You know guys, we really to nitpick over the most minute details that, when in person, really aren't visible. I'm completely guilty of this too. No one is as pedantic as we are! This case can be shaved down around the crown area, and a new crown really ought to be installed - gen or noob. Maybe a noob or gen dial, but I'm pretty okay with this one - especially until in person shots come in.

But look at the Panerai reps, or Breitling Abyss or the new Portuguese etc. Some are so good, that I struggle to say wether they are gen or not.
With Subs it's always the same - THEY SUCK! We've seen 1000 versions and none ever came close. It's a shame for this model...

I think more than anything else because the Rolex rep are the most sold in the world, and the submariner is an Rolex "icon" as the Daytona.
The factories will never make a perfect watch, because so often there is always someone who will buy what imperfect but slightly updated from the previous version...
It is no coincidence that many times when you made an improvement another detail is rendered less precise, but maybe in the previous version was perfect .... this is called marketing my friend LOL

No, It's not the same dial

However, the thing that strikes me the most is the space between the bezel ring and the edge of the case profile, really horrible .. The rest is solvable with mod (crown, CG, etc etc) but this It can not fix if it will like the pictures of TSWATCH ...
