New in- XF PAM127 - 20$ Decima Mas Strap+3$ Decima Mas Buckle

Hi guys, just in from Marvellous Replica ( EXCELLENT service as usual ), came along with a Tudor Bronze Black.


This is my first PAM and I love it, I wanted a 687 but unfortynately sold out, so I turned out with a classic 127, and it's really awesome.

About the strap, it's a 20$ strap+3$ buckle that I bought from Aliexpress and so far so good, nice bang for the buck.

Yes, I don't like a watch being too polished as the 111, so the mix of satin/polish of the 127 makes it perfect for me.

About the strap, I was surprised as it feels good, not too stiff.

I can bet that a lot of the aftermarket PAM ''handmade'' straps coming at 200$+ are actually handmade, but in china.

Normally you smell it if it comes from China > the typical disgusting fungicide smell...
I can tell for sure that Corrigia and Mays Berlin straps are MADE IN GERMANY! AND you see, smell and feel the difference!:bigwink:

I can agree with PAM_BOY, after some time you really notice the difference between a cheap and a high quality strap. It hurts the wallet a bit, but straps in the 100-250€ are not a waste of money. The main difference I found is that the cheap ones only get worse as you wear them, but the high quality ones get better and better. Ok, at some point they are also worn out, but I didn't reach that point on a high quality strap yet.

I think it is worth raising the price category as claims for a lower one appear.

However, to clarify, it is not entirely obvious from the photo: the end of the case on lugs is satin-finished, like the entire surface, or sandblasted in these small areas?

Damn I wish I hadn’t sold my 127 (and the one I already sold before that..) I’d love to wear it now.

I should stop selling watches I’ll eventually want again, because the waiting time when ordering from China right now is killing me.
I should consider buying used, but good luck, that the exact watch you want comes up used in the part of the world you’re living in..

I use the Corrigia Brelli Z13 (with sandblasted GPF buckle) on my 3646 welded lug the buckle also fits perfectly with the case!
On my PAM217 I use this Mays berlin Argo (with brushed PreV buckle!
