new here with a question

I am new and need some help. I am contemplating buying a clean Daytona 116500. I want to make the asian 4130 much more solid like the actual rolex movment. can the OEM chrono seconds wheel and balance complete and maybe a few other parts be easily be installed on the clone movement? are there any usa watch repair guys recomended that have expertise to do this at a reasonable price? i would like to franken the movement as close as possible to the real thing. any suggestions?

Nothing about frankening watches is reasonable. Be prepared to pay or don't bother
