I didn't even care about QC and I thought it'll gonna be fine. Didn't even check QC and give Green light. At first I was choosing jtime, trusty and puretime. And ended up buying from trusty my first watch is almost 800$ after I paid and it's not available so I choose a little bit less hublot and he even have to pay me 27$ and now looks like I choose an super fantastic seller who doesn't want to repair his watch and keep telling me to keep winding for 5 days. Now plans to keep purchasing the rest of 9 watches from him also stopped

Everything is done! I went to local watch Smith in Dubai and he found out extra screw in the new watch which is giving trouble to watch and fix the rotor for me.. thanks for everyone supports

Don’t panic. I had the same issue with Trusty within the last couple of months. He is very responsive and will work through several steps to try to resolve the issue.
For my experience, I had it shipped to a third party based on Trusty instructions to take a look. Don’t have the watch back yet, but I am comfortable with the steps taken and there a clear desire for resolution on both sides. Just be patient and follow the instructions as provided by trusty.
