Hi everyone

Finally signed up to the forums after seeing how active this place is and with so much information.

I want to buy my first PAM replica.

I am interested in the PAM 111. Where is the best place to buy one? Which one is the highest quality?

I saw the 2012 best watch thread and it said the PAM111 N latest V3 is the best version for this watch?

Where to buy this watch and for the best price? I did a quick google and found toros website.

Is this the right place to buy it?
http://www.torobravos.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=87
$278

Just want to make sure i am buying the correct one and that its the highest quality replica of the pam 111

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I also spoke with davidsen DSN in email and he also sells the pam 111. Does he sell the exact same model that toro sells? Or does davidsen have his own version of the pam 111? Do they get it from the same place? Davidsen's pam111 costs $280 so its the same price. If davidsens pam 111 model is different from the pam111N v3 model, which one is better?

If you know the best place to buy this watch and best quality and price, please let me know!

Thanks in advance!!

regards,

vvind

Welcome,

It sounds like you've done about 50% of the research you needed to do: you know which watch you want (Noob PAM111v3), so good job there.

The other 50% will be down to you reading TD reviews in the appropriate section of the forum and maybe sending some emails to the ones you like the sounds of.

IMHO all TDs have upsides and downsides, however, all will get you what you want safely.

If you want to pay with Pay Pal, that knocks quite a few off the list, if you want a lot of fast communications and QC pics, that might take another few off.

My advice would be, for a first purchase when you want your hand held a bit with plenty of nice pictures and answers to all your questions, Toro is a good guy to go with.

(p.s. In the future, try not to post the same thread in multiple sections, it'll get some people grumpy.)

Cheers

Yes sorry i posted in the general section first and realized this PAM section may be better for my posting.

I think i will buy from toro as well. Read some reviews about his communication not the best but i dont think it will be a problem.

I just want to confirm that this is toro's website and the correct pam111 v3 to purchase.

I also very much like the style of the PAM 127. Looks more vintage, the CG has those letter engravings on top. I really like the superdomed crystal and the hands are polished. The problem is that its a 47mm and i believe is too big for me. I have about 7 - 7.25inch wrist and dont think it will look as good on me. That is why i want to stick with a 44mm like the PAM111. Also seems like they did a very good job on the pam111 replica so it should be a good first buy!

Thanks

That is Toro's website and, as far as I'm aware, that is the latest version of the PAM111N. Toro has always been quicker and more informative than your average TD with me, however, this doesn't mean instant responses; you'll have to be able to wait 24 hours without panicing as there is time difference and Toro's "real-life" to consider!

I'd certainly recommend emailing or PMing him rather than just trying to order off his site.

Don't start getting interested in the 127! I think it is out of stock most places and always in very high demand! Get your 111 and see how it wears, the 47mm range are pretty big but you might be able to work up to it... I can just about get away with a 47mm Radiomir with 7.75" wrists.

Yes i prefer to email chat with him to do my first panerai, much better just buying off the site. What is toros email? I guess i can just send an enquiry on his contact us section.

Who makes the best 127 replica? Yeah its really nice but dont think my wrist can wear it properly

Is there another Panerai that has a superdome like the 127 but in 44mm size?

I actually like the PAM001 because of how simple it is. I like how its a solid case back. I really dont care too much for the clear back of the 111. I was just told in the 001, the lume isnt as bright as the 111? Also i like the sandwich dial of the 111. Only thing i would want to change on the 111 is with polished hands.

Is there a pam same as the 111 but not black hands, and instead with polished hands as i think it looks alot better?

Im going to look around some more but pretty positive i the 111 will be my first as they did a really good job making it.

thanks

I just went through all the PAMS in this reference pam review.
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/reference-pam-review-107365

Confirmed with myself that my favorites are the PAM111 and the PAM127.

Definitely going for the PAM111 very soon!

Noob 111 V3, get it while you can. Ask AND inspect QC pics..., then wait for the upcoming (?) Noob 127 batch. Then have the movement mods done, get some suppa straps and....enjoy!

Hey bud,

You cannot get a 127 right now. They're sold out everywhere and there is no release date for the next batch.

If you like the vintage look of the 127 but prefer the smaller 44mm Case then you should consider the new Noob Pam 390 that was just released. It is high quality rep like the 111v3 but looks radically different.

Check the PAM section for ALE's review and see this picture.

jaybo,

wow thanks i will look into this. I dont think i would buy the 127 anyways because it wouldnt fit my 7.0 inch wrist properly
The pam 390 is superdome crystal? The hands look like a bronze brown color, was hoping for a gold or polish haha. Anyways ill go take a look

Thanks

Just looked at the 390 on puretime. Dont really like it. The dial is a little too plain for me and dont like the rose gold hands. Its also not superdome crystal like the 127.

granvino,
Suppa straps? thats a strap maker? I will definitely be looking for cool strap. Also will most likely get the Asso strap with my pam111 v3. Not sure how the asso strap will look on me.

Thanks

Most of the dealers can get you the watch, go to TD reviews, do some reading and choose a dealer. Personally, i will suggest Ryan(Intime), Trevor and Sead(Supermirror).

Hey thanks
I will check out Ryan from intime. Its just easier when someone recommends me a good dealer than reading a bunch of reviews.

If you just wanna go for the easier way like posting a thread and waiting for answer instead of searching and reading for answer yourself then good luck to you.
