Are all RM tourbillons limited edition of 50 pieces only? Will go for $1M+ on the second hand market I reckon.

The case shape reminds me of the RM059 Yohan Blake, same with the inner construction looks kind of like the 'claw' in that piece only in reverse direction.

No. Some are much less than 50.
