Late last year I missed out on a truly stunning SF240 non alarm (non converted) 6152-1 that B12 sold over on the HF. Just a gorgeous watch that had everything that I consider (in my knowledge) to be the best for a build in the 'modern vintage' style. I have been in remorse ever since...
Thankfully Belkin asked if I would be interested in a similar build that he had already started - of course I jumped at the opportunity.
This build uses an alarm / stem wind version of the SF240; I had always considered the non-alarm to be the most impressive Angelus movement, however as I received pictures from B12 I realized that the alarm version actually has the more balanced, mechanical aesthetics with the additional gears rather than a large area of 'nothing' on the non alarm ratchet bridge.
