Got 29M one month ago from PTW. Notice that the paint of the number marker on the dial starts to peel off. Are any of the 29M owners gotten this defect ?

Do you mean the black paint around the bezel numbers? You can easily fix it with some black paint and use a technique done by gio in one of his tutorials.
