Postman just dropped off my new Avenger Seawolf a little while ago... finally I'm part of the wolfpack!
Picked this one up from Josh as he was the only one that I could find with this model in stock still, missed out on the grey dial but I'm sure one will pop up sooner or later that I can pick up.
I think overall this is a fantastic rep & well worth the price, the quality, machining, fit & finish are tops as is the verified ETA movement.

Here's a few quick 'n dirty pics before I even cleaned up the watch:

The wrist shot shows how large that watch is. Funny, but without a wrist shot looking at them you would not know how large they are.

Beautiful watch.

That is on my wishlist. Love the wrist shot. How does the size compare to a rolex DSSD? I tried on a gen DSSD a couple of weeks ago and it seemed too big for my taste, but the seawolf to me looks like a better looking watch. More to look at.

love the bracelet on this model.

DSSD and seawolf feel very similar on the wrist. Seawolf is a little heavier IMO.

The Seawolf sits on the wrist better than the DSSD -- something about the caseback. The Wolf is about 2MM bigger, but doesn't seem like it. Oh yeah, the bracelet is better and bigger on the Wolf, so I think that might have something to do with it wearing better, too.

Since I got this & a DSSD both today I can say this one definately feels better on the wrist. It has more curvature on the lugs & a much wider bracelt. The bad thing about a DSSD is the bracelet tapers down to like 16 or 18mm and makes it feel really top heavy. If you check the Rolex forum I have wrist shots of my new DSSD on there today so you can see how both look on my wrist which is about 7".

I would be really interested in seeing some quality pictures of the dial itself in good light. I want to see how close the black dial is to the gen...

Yep, agree, too big for my wrist, but great watch. I went with the smaller SOSF, fits perfectly (my wrist is 6.5 in, kinda skinny).

I love this thing, but the blue color is gross.

You've made me want this watch BADLY. Do you have tiny wrists, or is that bracelet just that thick? That watch is magnificent.

That's one chunky piece of metal, it's been on my wishlist and been waiting for the price to go down... very nice photos. :)

I posted a thread about my new addition to the wolfpack the other day, so if it gives you any context this is on my 7.25" wrist... which I think isn't tiny but maybe on the smaller end of average? It's definitely VERY thick & heavy.

I don't my 7" wrist would do well if that big piece of metal!

My wrist is right at 7" and it fits perfectly for me. I prefer watches a bit on the thick & chunky side though, this one sits about 17mm high & the braclet is a good 5mm in thickness. Honestly, this is one of the smaller watches in my collection though, you should see my "big" ones, 48-52mm & 20mm thick.

Is it just me - or does the DSSD actually look a little smaller? I think the black bezel makes how large the watch is less obvious. The Seawolf has a lot of shiny stainless steel looking at you.
