I've been working on doing a detailed pictorial of the VSF 8605 movement on and off when I get time over the past few weeks and somehow I managed to misplace the setting wheel. I have spent hours looking for it and can not for the life of me find it. I have the entire movement cleaned, oiled and running great but no setting wheel! I'm pretty embarrassed to say the least.
I know VSF makes some custom parts for their movements and I really hope the setting wheel is from another movement and not custom. I'm new to watch repair and I don't have extensive knowledge of parts from other movements. If someone can help identify the missing wheel I would be immensely grateful. If necessary I can provide up close pictures of the wheels the setting wheel interacts with as well as the diameter of the pivot it sits on.
