Need opinion on this 6497 movement - pic inside

Just got this movement from a lot of parts I acquired a little ago. Not really an expert with these movements.
Can anyone chime in? I'm wondering if its swiss or a modified Asian? Modified Swiss? I want to sell it but want to make sure I don't misrepresent it.
It does have the ETA stamp and 6497-1 on the plate.

swiss. I have one in a 6152/1 and it's so smooth and solid, love it.

not visually accurate, but they work great.
