Need info on myPanerai 243'S

Can anyone chime in and inform me what version these 243's are,I am contemplating posting them and I want to have the correct info when I post. I aquired them in M2M transactions and trying to locate the sales post. Any info appreciated,thank you.

L-series so either N-fac or H-fac. Check the number of bezel clicks. 60 says it's Noob. 120 says it's H-factory.

Rubber version is Noob and leather one is H factory. Casebacks and lever tip shapes are the tells.
