Looks like a C series PAM002, to me. The predecessor to the PAM112.

Look at the section under "Luminor Base":

Pre-A through D series.

Very nice example of pre 'exibition-caseback' historic 002 - almost as good as my 002B rep LOL!!!

These can still be found for "cheap" and are reasonably priced...in few years everything PAM pre-E series will become highly collectible, IMO.
