Need Help with my 312 V2 CONUS

I did not take my fav PAM daily beater with me on a work trip that got extended twice and when I made it home she would not wind :facepalm:

I have a PAM 312 V2 and am located in the south eastern peninsula of the CONUS. I cannot find a local watch maker that will even look at her.

I am not a watch maker by any stretch of the imagination. Can anyone give me a quick tip to try and get her back on her feet or a reasonably priced CONUS service referral?

Eshow...what do you mean when you say it won't wind? Do you mean with the crown? Or with the rotor?
