Looks like a DG2813 movement. You can find them for $40-50 everywhere from eBay to Otto frei, startime supply, cousin's, etc. Did the dial get damaged? I'd suggest you grease the seals and check water resistance for future safety of the watch. Even if you don't swim, atmospheric moisture can enter the watch.
