Need Help with Dial and Model

Hi, newbie post here. I'm looking for a Pam that has a 6-9-12, date, and seconds indicator as pictured below. I've done as much research as a newbie knows how, but does anyone know if there is a Pam model that this is replicated after or is this new creation unto itself. Thanks!

It's a pretty bad attemt at replicating PAM104. Probably closer to Canal St rep quality than what we're used to these days.

For a good 104 rep stick with Ruby, Trevor, Silix, Angus etc..in no particular order.
