Need help with a Vintage Breitling Chrono

Hello everyone! I'm in need of some help again! As some of you know, I bought a Gen Rolex Datejust for next to nothing. Well, I asked the guy I bought the Datejust from if he happened to have any other watches that he wanted to part with. He proceeded to tell me he has a few, and sent me some pictures. One of them is a gen vintage Breitling Chronograph. I'm not familiar with vintage Breitlings, but I've always wanted one. Here's a picture of it:

It doesn't look to be on the original bracelet, so I'm basically just buying it for the head, and I'll throw it on a nice leather strap. As far as I know, it's gold plated. But if anyone can give me an idea on value as I would like to make this guy a fair offer. It also runs BTW.

He also has a gen Datejust two tone with box, papers, original bracelet, everything it came with that I'm not interested in, but if anyone might be interested in it, I have pictures of that, too.

Where's 05tbowner???

So what happened to 05tbowner (or "Will") here? I had been PM'ing with him earlier this week about the DJ two-tone, but now he cannot receive PMs and his profile now has the dreaded "Do Not Sell To Or Buy From Me!!!" tag under his name. Last PM from him was a pitch concerning a different SS vintage DJ he had just gotten off eBay that he fixed up and is looking to resell (which came as a surprise based on his excitement posted in another thread of his on finding it). Was he back door dealing in the M2M section? I noticed he has sold a lot of vintage type stuff over the past year, and has started threads lately about his once in a lifetime eBay finds. Something amiss here?

I'm still here. I had some problems with the post office shipping a few items I had sold on here, and because of it, I was no saled, I'm guessing. Everything has been reshipped that was returned to me, but I understand why the mods would be concerned. I just want everyone to know that I'm not a crook, and I hate that's how it looks.

I have dealt with 05 before; about a year ago I guess.

I think he is still a good guy and trustworthy; a similar thing happened when I bought a watch, I think the post carrier forgot to pick up. I got my watch though, and it was exactly as described.

Hope this can be resolved!
