This is my first rep purchase and I'd really appreciate some feedback from those of you with more experience and keener eyes. The watch in question is a Tudor Pelagos by XF (V3).

I'm no expert, but the thing that really jumps out at me are the incremental markings on the bezel, which appear to get closer to the face as they progress from 0-15. Am I being too picky about this? I've seen other reps with a more consistent mark placement. Should I reject it? Anything else jumping out at you guys?

Cheers!

very interesting. Do you have a way of measuring the distance between the markers? That would be helpful.

Minute markers 16-19 do look a touch closer to the crystal but this will be a production thing, not a QC thing. So you live with it or you don’t. But in reality, unless you wear magnifying bifocals, you will not notice it in real life

There seems to be gap between the lug and the SEL from on of the pic...

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated!Unfortunately I do not have a reliable way to measure the variation, as these are only QC pics and it’s not in-hand. It’s also difficult to tell how much the angle of the photo is coming into play, as I’m sure the face is not totally perpendicular to the camera lens.

Think I should reject this and ask for another, or do you agree with the poster below that this is likely an inherent production issue, not QC?
I’ve seen other Pelagos reps without the skewed minute markers, so I’m on the fence if it’s something I should just live with ????

I won't reject a watch for that.
If you are too much anal you'll never be satisfied with ANY rep.

Fair enough....I only asked if it was reasonable because I've seen other reps of this exact model with perfect minute markers. I definitely understand that they're reps, and not perfect genuine models :D

Good... It's important to understand that all the rep have a certain amount of flaws... accept this fact and you'll enjoy your watches to come...
(This doesn't mean that you should get ANY watch... try to refine your judgment skills about the rep. It's a slow process, be patient)
