Need help - Pam not working

Hi, my Pam 288 original super rep from a year ago has not been working for awhile. Wind it, it will work maybe for a tad then stop. Even though the seconds move, a bit longer the hands don't. Shake the watch only a bit and you can hear major twirling movement inside.
Who is the best person to send to for repairs? As this being an asian 7750 (I presume) with possible adj for the chrono features, I am not sure who would best be the modder for this.

I tried something like that some time ago. I can't remember how many times though I wound it. I'll try again.

I see several modders in my region. I guess I was only looking to see if anyone was more used for this particular kind of issue than others.
