I'm not sure if all screws are absolutely identical for pams from different factories, but there are specific dimensions here and you can compare with the one you have left.

As far as I know, only 40 / 44mm screws and 47mm should differ. But, I didn't buy, so that's just what I knew and heard.

I think you mean the crown guard?!
Finding the right screws is a little tricky, but your watchmaker has screws like this and can re-cut the threads in the case if needed to make them fit!

I got a kit of stainless screws a while back for glasses and computers and I believe it's like a 1.6mm screw x 1.5mm. The kit was like $8 and there are a few hundred screws. Which in my opinion is better Taj $30 for 2 screws.) although I see they're now only $7 which isn't too bad.

This might be worth a shot. 51K feedback, has sold 200+ of these and only $7.50 a pair plus $1 shipping. Not to mention it's shipping from US so should be fairly fast.

You can check with the sellers but this linked and also wso, if you email him and ask whether it will fit, they will often say "if it doesn't work I'll give you a refund" too which might make things easier.
