Need help on Regatta Flyback

Hi Guys
I just received my second pam, Regatta Flyback today
the watch looks great but it's dead and not ticking at all
I know that I need to wind the watch and I already did like 20+ times (clockwise) already
I did gently shake the wacth as well (not sure I need that) but still no sign of ticking
So my question is when I wind the watch do I need to pull the crown out or just wind it

Any suggestions would be really appreciated

Hmmmm... No need to pull out the crown, just wind it... (

Got mine today as well.

Loosen the crown guard lever, pull out the crown, set the watch to the correct time, push the crown back in and gently shake it about 50 times and see what happens.
