Need help on PAM 112 that i just purchased

So today I went to a counterfeit market near my home to actually repair my Seiko watch at my friend's store, and there is this used PAM 112 in the table, I asked my friend if it's for sale or not, coincidentally, it is. All he knows that it is a PAM 112, stainless steel, sandwich dial, and the strap is surprisingly made by a guy named Gunny Straps, who is popular in my country for producing custom made straps. So i bought the watch for just about $67 or roughly Rp 900.000, any ideas on how bad this is? not expecting much since obviously it is not a Noob or anything, IIRC Noob does not produce this particular model anymore since 2016? Gunny makes awesome strap. His strap worth more than $67. But in the pics it looks like it’s on rubber?

Yes, Noob stopped making a PAM112 even earlier than 2016, although you could still buy whatever stock that was left a year or two later. That's certainly not a Noob, but for the price you paid. If you got it with a good Gunny strap, that's even a better deal as Peter's stuff usually goes for at least $50.
