need help on markers!

i wanted to get one of these

but a bit scared about the markers on the bezel coming out.i once bought a 21j arktos and everything fell off eventually.are these 7750 higher end reps any diff?

FWIW, I've heard stories about the markers falling out of all versions of these models.
