Hello everyone.

My watchsmith´s son bought this watch and after I brought him a couple of my PAM´s to look at he asked me if I could help him fetch a crown guard for this watch.

The watch came without lume, it´s been fixed in the shot, and the crown guard was missing =)

i´m thinking it´s a destro 217 but I´m not sure. If anyone has a crownguard for sale or could point towards a TD that sells parts that would be greatly appreciated. Also my PAM569 Seagull ST2555 movement broke during shipping and would like to source a new movement, M2M or through TD.

Your 2 cents are worth a lot more to me, thanks.

You have a version of the PAM217, Destro Marina Militare but I'd advise just getting a new watch. For one, it would not be easy sourcing out a CG, especially if you have not done business with a TD. Second the the case looks polished which is wrong for the 217 (it should be brushed with a polished bezel). For your PAM569 issue, well, you can try the TDs if they would be willing to sell you the Seagull movement, I'd advise just getting one from ofrei.

Haha, I need to share this with you guys.
Talked to the watchmakers son and lo and behold. The watch is a gen!

Unfortunately he dropped it and the CG broke hence enquiring about the rep CG.
Just like you said though, the case has been polished and the lume has been replaced. Used to be brown. He just thought it looked more exclusive.
Now I´ll try to introduce him to the wonderful world of reps so that he won´t have to mod his gen watches. =)
