looks to be a 3804B, could be a DG but i cant see the area under the balance wheel

DG = Dixmont Guangzhou

It's the factory that actually produces these better quality 21j. Most others are cheap "knock offs".

Thanks! Have a problem with this movement. I know it's cheap and probably not worth it, but I thought I'd have a look at the keyless since I can't set time nor date anymore. Feels like the gears are skipping. Opened it up and no matter what I do it seems that I cant make the clutch lever to stay in place, not even with the 'cover' over it.

Sorry for noob movement lingo above :)

Yeah you should be able to replace a 3804b for sound $40-50. I don't know if people work on them so its hard for me to say, but is it in the groove of the sliding pinion?

Yes it is. But it seems that it skips over it even with it covered. Will check some more tonight.

There's no drawings of this movement anywhere? Would like an 'exploded view' or something. First time I'm working on one.
