need help for my PO

i have the 4th. gen PO with gen rubber strap, i love this watch, i wear it every day, so this morning i saw that one lume marking falls off only the inner one the metal marker is right on the dial, who can fix this problem.

please help me because i am no watchsmith, i am from EU
