Its part of the whole date indicator seating - that larger metal part under the datewheel.

Thats a tough one - I don't think you will be able to buy just that bolt/holder, as its an integrated part of the 3235-600 Date Indicator Seating part. But if you do find it somewhere do post it here so that others know what to look for.
