I bought Pam with the following upgrades FGD 040 (Sead CG, T48, ECT) with movement 6497. I lost the clock on the floor and the minute pointer and the second needle has come out of place. wonder if the clock is completely destroyed?

I've been to a lot of watchmakers in Norway, Oslo and none of them want to fix it since it is a replica. I really need help ... attaching pictures of the clock

Is it still ticking? I'm sure there are plenty modders on the boards who can fix it. If need be you can put a new movement in it.

Just find a local watchsmith and take it in. Its a fairly simple repair, decase the movement, reset the hands, and put it back together.

The hands just need to be reattached and the movement checked for impact damage. Not destroyed at all.

You could even DIY if you have any aptitude with working on watches, since you're not disassembling the movement or anything. You just need a hand press to get them back on.

Not difficult to open the case at all, but that's the easiest part...

1) Open caseback, using tool, sticky ball, or ball of masking/duct tape
2) Remove CG
3) Remove stem (loosen retaining screw 1-2 turns, pull out stem)
4) Loosen movement mounting tabs, uncase movement
5) Press hands back on with hand press
6) reassemble in reverse order

Contact takashi.

He can help you fix the hands back plus I think you can also upgrade with a single AR to the inner crystal. You will be stunned at the result.

Try Takashi. Reliable guy.

I have upgraded the movment to 6497-2 ETA but under install I have destroyed the movment (it does not tick) and I have also destroyed the pointers and the dialed is scraced :(

So now my pam needs a new movment 6497-2 ETA (is there a better movment?) and it also needs new pointers and new dialed that looks as close to the real deal. Also I want you to upgrade wih a single AR to the inner crystal.

Do you guys think I need more upgrades?

and who can do this for me? I have sent message to takashi, but I have not received a reply from him yet.

European Union
in the EU!

Man, that DIY went a bit wrong... No worries, shit happens all the time. Why not buy a cheapo noob rep and exercise on it? Next tim will be better! ;)

If you want to keep it in the EU and get a trustworthy modder, just contact Fine_dd (Uwe), he is a trusted watchsmith here on RWI. He does a wonderful AR as well if you need it.
