DSN still has it. The flaw on the dial is the L Swiss L, very minor, on some models it doesn't have this text. PVD is pretty decent but still not up to gen standard.
If I were setting out to build a 195 right now... I would obtain the nicest 005 you could find from a member or a dealer... send it to avitt for DLC treatment... and then obtain the caseback for the 195 from DSN....
If you really wanted to take it even further, get a blank caseback from DSN and take it to an engraver and use this link to create a one-off caseback with your name on it (for those who don't know, every 195 had the original owners name inscribed on the back...) You could just inscribe your name on DSN's caseback but the type on it is kinda off...
Ok now I guess I will be looking for an 005. Is the best thing to get a DSN 005 since its lumed and then get it DLC coated or does fakey even do a flat matte or would someone be better for the 005 bc doesn't DSN offer the 195?
Well... I would go for Avitt's DLC. There is a now discontinued 005 with very decent case + CG and no short canon pin. I think that's the watch you could acquire. About the caseback, be careful as not all case can be fitted with DSN caseback.
DSN195 is a very nice watch, however, a couple of flaws exist as pointed out earlier.

DSN's 195 dial has a ton of flaws. The dial looks like it used to be a sandwich dial filled to look like sausage. The logo is too big and elongated and is too close to the 6 and the "E" with the tilt being off. I was able to get my hands on a few variations of the 195/005 dials and DSN's seems to be the furthest off from gen. Although if you're building a fantasy the dial still look really good. However the lume is bright...it's pretty inconsistent.
The one I'm currently using still has it's flaws...but it's closer than any of the other dials I've come across for a 195.
