Need help building a 104N from H

I have a 104N (H Factory). I had the cannon pin flattened which, with the relume, really basically got the watch to where I want it (I would go as far as Super-Rep). However, I recently noticed a problem with the re-lume. The 9 marker in the seconds dial was done very sloppily. As most of you can understand, it is where my eyes immediately go when I look at the watch and it pretty much ruins it for me. Is this something that can be fixed (pics below)? Would it be better to order another rep, swap dials and relume using someone like Vac? Is there another solution I am not seeing?

Get a gen dial as all rep ones I've seen would have one of other imperfections of similar nature...I doubt it can be resumed to Oem standards as you are working off the rep print which is not ideal.

I assume you are talking about the spill on the 45sec mark? Could it be scraped off with a razor or oiler to get rid of the spill?
