Need help bought 2 Watches by PureTime

Hello, I'm new here and I hope you can help me.
I bought 2 watches from PureTime (Rolex Daytona Super Clone and Omega Seamaster Dark Side of rhe Moon) at different intervals of about 7 weeks and 6 weeks.
I waited after receiving the tracking number. Both watches could not be delivered due to wrong address. The address is OK and Puretime has already delivered something.
My emails are not being responded to.
What can I do?

TDs have no control over domain names. Anyone can start up a website if they buy a domain name that looks/sounds similar to another. It seems that this has happened here. They are not identical pages, though they are close enough to cause someone to get caught out. Only use the domain names that the TDs publish on this forum. If a domain name changes, and they sometimes do, the TD will post it in their section. Scammers are getting smarter by the day. We have to keep one step ahead and be scrupulously careful about where and with whom we place orders with. Don’t assume that because part of the name is the same, it is the same dealer.

Scammers have replicated alot ot TD sites, so it is always recommended, before sending a single cent anywhere, to double check you are communicating with the real TD (and on the correct website) by checking their RWI forum page.

Am sorry you fell for an impostor site.
Maybe your bank can assist in recouping some of the funds.

You can contact your credit card company and inform them that no goods were received and that you are in dispute with the people that charged your account. There is a good chance that you can recover your outlay. Just don’t mention this forum name when you communicate with them.

You bought from site A (the scammers site), show them the invoice/email/all communications and attempts to resolve etc, and the tracking number proves you did not receive the good you paid for.

Never ever mention RWI.

So, stay relaxed.
Also try to get my money back. In any case, it went to a company in England. The bank tries to clarify this and in the event of fraud, the insurance company may take action.
