Need help: Best rep 217 DESTRO ?

was scanning ALE's guide (fantastic work) and the Dealer's section, but couldn't decide on where to go. :wyliehelp:

Any suggestions on the best maker/modder for a PAM 217 and the best seller (I'm based in Europe, so directly based in Europe or via UK delivery preferred).
