Need help. A7750 hands to be installed in swiss 7750

Hello,

my tag heuer calibre 16 (asian 7750) has dead. I have a swiss genuine calibre 16. I am not able to get the gen hands anywhere so I need to know if there is any way or if it is possible to install the rep hands on the genuine 7750 movement. Can a watchmaker do this?

In case not possible, could some parts of the asian movement be used to fit the hands on the genuine swiss 7750?
