Need help - 44 MM PAM Destro non PVD

Hello all, wanted to see if you have any suggestions as to which PAM would fit the following criterion:
- destro/lefty
- 44 mm 1950-ish style
- non-PVD, prefer brushed case
- either sausage or sandwich dials are ok
- dial with running seconds
- no power reserve, date, chronos etc - would like to keep it clean and simple

I am struggling to find something that fits the above - any suggestions as to model number or dealers who have something along these lines are very appreciated...

The 115 is close.... Polished case though.
The 117 is Ti with a brown dial...
056 and 219 are only other destro cases I can think of off-hand.
I know many dealers used to offer "Destro-111s" not certain if that was fantasy or rep.
Not certain if a brushed version exists... I've only very recently realized I like the destro look...

The 026k changed my mind on destro cases.

The 219 rep is the best one, but its case is polished stainless steel and it has no seconds dial.
